Pricing: • 50% deposit. • The remainder of the balance is required on the day the cake is due to be picked up/delivered. This can be in cash or online and must have cleared prior to the cake being released. • Please note the cake will not be released without full payment. • You can pay in full upon booking – however there is no obligation or expectation to do this. • Payment plans can be negotiated – however must be paid off before the cake is made. • Any additional changes to the design, size after the initial quote could be subject to additional charges. • All quotes are valid for 1 month.
Transportation and Storage: • Generally, most cakes are ok to be stored in a cool room – however please be mindful of other factors such as sunlight, ants, pets. We will discuss appropriate storage for your cake – this could also be dependant on the season. Do not place your cake anywhere warm/hot. When driving don't place it in the boot. • We can offer delivery at an additional charge – Charges are based on the location of where the cake needs to be delivered. • We recommend that you bring a second person to hold the cake while you are transporting the cake. This can prevent the cake moving around or sliding when going up and down hills, over potholes etc. We recommend that the cake is flat at all times. • Always support the bottom of the cake. • We advise that you dont take any detours/stops on the way back to your venue. • Fantanasy Cakes and Confectionary takes no responsibility for the cake if it is damaged during transport.
